Equipment

  • 1 Non-Stick 24-cms (10-inch) Bundt Cake pan

Ingredients

  • 120 grams honey
  • 100 grams butter
  • 100 grams Demerara sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 350 grams all-purpose flour
  • 15 g baking powder
  • 200 ml milk (⅚ cup)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • In a large bowl melt butter and honey.
  • Add the sugar and eggs. Mix it well.
  • Add the milk, mix it until it's combined.
  • Add the flour and baking powder, than mix it well.
  • Pour the batten to the Bundt Cake Pan.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and turn the pan over onto a cooling rack. Lift the pan off the cake, and allow it to cool completely.

Notes

Just before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar over the top.
Served Bundt Cake with fresh berries, ice cream or all on its own.
