Chocolate Chip Cookie is a classic cookie which can be your family’s favourite. Even an 11 years old can bake it, because it’s my son’s recipe.

Ingredients
- 165 grams butter
- 75 grams caster sugar
- 75 grams Demerara sugar
- 3 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 grams plain flour
- 15 grams baking powder
- 100 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 100 grams white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180℃ (360°F) and line two baking trays with baking paper.
- Mix the butter, caster sugar, Demerara sugar and vanilla sugar together until soft and pale.
- Add the eggs and mix them well.
- Add the flour, paking powder and chocolate chips and stir it well.
- Put 9 spoonful of dougt on the baking tray.
- Bake for about 12 minutes, or until the cookies are firm and golden brown at the edges.
