Daikon (Winter Radish) Salad

Daikon (Winter Radish) Salad

Daikon is a great type of radish, fresh and crunchy. This Daikon (Winter Radish) salad is inspired by Kimchi recipes.

I like this spicy Daikon salad by itself and with scrambled eggs.
