Mix all ingredients. Stir until become a dough. I usually use a stand mixer for making a dough.
Wrap the dough and put the refrigerator for a hour.
Preheat the oven to 190℃ (375°F).
Line a large baking sheet with baking parchment.
Roll the dough 1-inch-thick (2,5-cm-thick) on the lightly floured surface.
Make a shallow cross-hatched pattern with a sharp knife all over the dough surface. With a floured cutter, stamp out rounds with a 4,5-cm- (1 3/4-inch-) diameter.
Arrange them on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Notes
You can sprinkle grated cheese on top every pogácsa.
