Ingredients

  • ½ cup quinoa any color
  • 3 cups water

Instructions

  • In a saucepan pour the water and bring to a boil.
  • Rinse the quinoa.
  • Put the quinoa in a saucepan.
  • Cook the quinoa for 15 minutes.
  • Drain, refresh under running water and set aside to dry well.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup quinoa any color
  • 3 oranges pealed, diced
  • 1 apple diced
  • 10-12 black olives sliced
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup coriander (cilantro) chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the quinoa.
  • Mix the fine diced red onion with the balsamic galze and the extra virgin olive oil.
  • Add the orange, the apple, the coriander, the sliced black olive and the salt.
  • Mix it well and serve.
